Hal Marsden - High Performance Manager

Hal is originally from Northern England and even though he has been in the country since 2012 you should definitely hold it against him. His accent is as strong as his back squat. Hal is humble as he is knowledgeable. Living in Melbourne (the home of footy) he may not want to tell you that he was the Strength and Conditioning Coach at the Melbourne Storm for the five years before coming to Edge. Hal's role is to set the standard of excellence within the gym. If you want to give any feedback about the facility itself, he is the man to talk to.

Jack Mclean - Head Strength and Conditioning Coach

If you're after some quality jokes, Jack is not your man. Even though his jokes are terrible, he will still have you in a great mood throughout your session. Jack's experience at the Hawthorn Football Club has given him world-class experiences as a coach. His understanding of what it takes to create a high-quality culture is first class. Not only will he coach the hell out of you as an individual, but he will also guarantee to have the class humming. Jack is in charge of programming our workouts. If you have any questions about why we do the things we do on the gym floor, he will happily geek out and explain the science behind the training philosophies. If you are looking to add some extra work or accessory exercises to your program, Jack is your man.
